Post help with a new cycle

hey guys how u doing???
I had a few question about a cycle i was planing on doing..
i have two bottles of t400 and i was thinking about stacking it with eq...
there is a site that has a good cycle but the thing is that the site says to use 500mg a week of test enanthate or cypionate..
u think i could do 800mg a week and be ok...
note im 5'10 and weight 190 and i dont kno my body fat %...
the link in the bottom is where i got the idea from if u could please give me some help full information thank you very much guys...

I think it all depends on how many cycles you have under your belt. If this is the first or second one then I say 400 mgs per week of test is more than enough and add in 200-300 mgs of EQ, and run it for 16 weeks and you should make some very solid gains.

All in all though muscle gains whether one is running AAS or not depends on your nutrition and training (nutrition is 80% of gains on or off cycle).

yup^^ even at 500mgs of test e or c will make ya happy....as long as the diet/training are up to par

With ps. : 400mg [1ml or cc] per week and 300mg of Equipoise will be plenty.

yea i have a good diet goin i think i try to stay with alot of chicken and i drink about 4 protein shakes a day...
i try to get atleast 300grams of protein a day...
i do solid work out 5 days a week with a different body part a day...
so u have any suggestions on diet that i could prob use...
this is my seconds cycle im takin...
since you said take 400 i figured i would take half a shot of test monday and thursday...
then take a full shot of eq tuesday and friday...
so u think that sounds about right????

Sure that sounds good with regards to your AAS use. As far as diet suggestions go I find that natty peanut butter or flax oil in my shakes helps with cals and is a great energy source ( I keep my carbs under 100 grams per day even in the off season). Also nuts are a solid snack that are calorie dense.
