Commercial Protein
I am currently using a commercial protein in which has no brand name. The protein consists of Whey protein concentrate, Calcium caseinate, and Egg album. The gym I go to uses this blend in there shakes and I decided to buy a bucket from them even though they dont usually sell it. Has anybody else used just plain run of the mill commercial protein before? Should I stick with a brand name?

I prefer name brands because they're not all that expensive depending on where you get them AND I feel that big companies are less likely to make false label claims.....in most cases. If the stuff you have mixes well and tastes good, then I say keep buying it.
