I agree with MuscleShark to a degree. I think that for the average natty then ya cycle the trib, but for an older guy 40+ you may find that you have to remain "on" but I would switch up the brand every now and again. For those that use trib during a cycle then ya just cycle it like you do everything else, but if you're perpetually "on" AAS then maybe cycle trib and see if you notice anything IE shrinking nuts etc when you're off and then get back on.

Like all supplements some people will be able to run trib in an ongoing fashion and continue to do well while others will have to cycle it and still others (the young'uns) will probably not get much out of using trib.

I'm also not sure I would be able to tell the difference between trib and a placebo.

How old are you Tdaddy? You prolly have an outrageous endigenous test output, that you wouldnt notice the effects of trib. Its not gonna work for everyone. Some won't recieve any benefits from it at all, while others such as myself respond to it extremely well.

Trib is really only for older guys with low test production or for those that run AAS as this shuts down the HPTA, so adding trib which assists with LH production can really make a difference in these two cases.
