Look you've been given some solid advice from a few of us who have many years of experience, so I suggest that you take what we've told you put it into practice and see how things go over the next month or so.
Getting lean is not easy if you're a natural endo, so ya gotta be patient. |

Yup, Veggies of as many varieties as possible[ like not JUST broccoli for example]
and lean proteins, some EFAs as well.

you're gonna want to eat every 2-3 hours man and try to pick foods from the attached list more often. The list is far from perfect but it's a start.

That's a great list, but from my experience when one is wanting to get lean one should just work from a very small variety of foods (K.I.S.S.) as there's less likelihood to stray from your designated cals. It's boring but it works the best IMO, and of course with a junk day once per week it's tolerable.

Look to lose BF you only have a few choices IE high protein, moderate fat (EFAs) and very low carbs, or high protein, moderate carbs, and very low fat. No matter what you decide breads, milk etc are only for a junk day/meal.

I like PVLs Nox Stac and it works great for a pump and isn't full of stimulants like so many other NO2 products.
