31 at 216-230..lean (6 ft). I am at the point now whereas keeping a small waist is NOT all that hard to do. Although it was hard to get there initially! When I used to powerlift mainly, I easily carried a 34- 36in. waist @ 260lbs. Train abs/obliques w/ added weight for a period...after that train w/ NO added weight! Just reps and form! And always go for the burn.....

Seems like the farther I go with bodybuilding and the comps I do, the easier it is to keep fat off. I don't know if I even could get fat if I wanted to now, without dropping all the juice and sitting on my ass all day long doing nothing but eating shit food. My waist is as small now at 220 as it was at 180 before I got serious about training.

read somewhere that test side effect is less belly fat, even when bf levels rise its less so on mid section. plus adding xtra muscle gives you higher metabolism so its easier to stay lean. rrrrolla i hate off season abs. so there!
