Page not found....?

Hey,

Sometimes when I try to go to absolutebodybuilding.com it cannot connect to the server and times out. Sometimes I'll have to refresh the page 3 or 4 times before I can actually hit the homepage.

Does anyone else have similar problems? I am just wondering if its a site issue or a internet service issue.

Did have the problem a while back but its better now.

When CJM first switched over I had problems, but it's subsided now. There are 2 things I would try in this situation if possible.
1) See if the issue is the smae on another PC in your home (obviously might not be an option)
2) Try a different browser, if you use internet explorer try firefox, and vice versa.

If the issue exists in both browsers, try a system cleanup, if it's just in one browser and not the other clean up your history and cookies and all that other stuff. It should help.

If it continues to be an issue, let me know and I'll see what else I can do for you. (3rd party software optimization programs, etc.)
