Troy, Last year was my first cycle too and it was great, i had 10 years natty under my belt and what a difference in training eh? any help i can give ya just message me on facebook, still havent gotten back to ya on the diet but i will. Remember though, im a freak when it comes to being lean, very lucky i guess haha.

Not even gonna comment on the ONLY 4 ,, Keep Trying Part... Cause it isnt worth it. Guess i'll just see how the 305 Lbs look on April 10th. Hopefully theres gonna be a Big Difference from last yr. I Wasnt impressed by my OWN conditioning last yr..and Certainly wasnt with yours... But lets just see how ya can manage to get leaner ,,,With THAT much more weight on ya AND a Year OLDER. Hope I am impressed..and will be the first to admit it too.. But time will tell.

Its all about the Razzing and getting people Motivated...Its part of the Game. I get it all the time. Pretty motivated this year coming ...and have been pretty good all year, Except for a Bad injury that almost put me out i thought. And it was only recent...I am happy i can even walk properly again. But I Love the shows and love being out there competing. One of these years i'll get it right and be a threat..Who knows ...might be this yr,,next....maybe not. Thats why i always say ..time will tell. Would have liked you to have been there at the Atlantics this year tho......
